Please review application information, at the beginning of the application, before you begin filling out the application. The application is available in two formats, Microsoft Word and pdf. If you download the Word format, you can save your completed application for use in the future. The Older Youth Packet Information is also provided as a reference, if needed. Completed scholarship applications are due to the Extension office by 4:30 p.m. on December 3, 2007. Please call the Extension office, at 695-1455, with any questions.
