About CARTEENS Program
4-H CARTEENS is a traffic safety program for first time juvenile traffic offenders. The program is designed to reduce the number of repeat juvenile traffic offenders, decrease the number of teen traffic offenders and increase teen awareness of traffic/vehicular safety.
