Does your child stay home alone at times? Does your older child watch their younger siblings at times? Would your child like to start their own babysitting service? If you answered "yes" to any of these questions, then this is the class for your child! The instructor-led class is filled with fun games and role-playing exercises. Students even get to use mannequins to practice rescue skills. Class is intended for youth 11-14 years old. Be sure to register soon, as classes fill up quickly.

We will have a speaker on the first Thursday of every month this year to talk about an Agricultural related topic and answer questions you may have. The Emergency Conservation Program (ECP), administered by the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) Farm Service Agency (FSA), provides emergency funding and technical assistance to farmers and ranchers to rehabilitate farmland and conservation structures damaged by natural disasters and implement emergency water conservation measures in periods of severe drought. The Belmont County Fair will be celebrating 175 years on September 2 - 8, 2024. The OSU Extension Belmont County Office will be closed to the public the week of the fair.
