Junior Fair Committees -- The Ohio State University Extension and 4-H Youth Development play a key role in the Belmont County Junior Fair Program as the leading youth organization with approximately 650 youth exhibiting annually.  Part of our role includes providing support and assistance to the following Junior Fair Committees and Boards.

  • Junior Fair Board -- was formed to coordinate all aspects of the Junior Fair such as livestock shows and sales, educational exhibits and still project displays.
  • Livestock Sale Committee -- assists with the planning, implementing, and evaluating of the activities related to the Junior Fair Livestock Sale.  The committee also seeks local financial resources and support, as needed, to conduct, promote, and expand the Junior Fair Livestock Sale.
