The Belmont County Fair has been "A Family Tradition Since 1849".  We hope to have something for everyone and we invite you to come, participate, and enjoy it with us! -- Belmont County Agricultural Society

The BCAS's object and purpose shall be to promote and encourage agriculture, industry, schools, science, art and other interests of Belmont County which the Board deems proper and in the best interest of the community.  The Board of Directors is responsible for the operation of the fair and for carrying out the Society's object and purpose.
