Ohio State University Extension offers a variety of family life programming throughout the state. We are committed to helping you develop and nurture Healthy Relationships based on research rooted information and programming. Though topics vary from county to county around the state, family life programming includes such topics as:
- Parenting and Child Development
- Successful Co-Parenting : A program for parents going through divorce
- Youth Asset and Skill Building
- Strengthening Marriage and Partnering
- Fatherhood
- Aging
Belmont County Courts require that all divorcing parents of minor children must attend Successful Co-Parenting Class. This class is designed to equip parents with knowledge, skills, tools, awareness, and strategies to help their children adjust to their parents’ divorce now and in the future.
Classes are held at the Belmont County Extension Office, 101 North Market Street, St Clairsville, OH 43950. Registration is required and a $15 cash fee is must be paid upon entry to the class. No guests or children are permitted in the classroom.
